Maintenance and House Keeping

Please do not smoke inside the house, smoke smell remediation is very expensive and it could cost your deposit.

The dinning room light switch is on the stair wall leading to the dinning room.

There is a shovel in the closet next to the entrance door for snow removal during winter.

There is one fire distinguishers in each room closet. 

Please do not re-arrange furniture, additional charge will incur for restoring furniture to its original position
